Based on Sadhguru’s insights on gastronomics, the first part of the
workshop will focus on the yogic approach to food, classification of different foods, their nourishment
value and their role in digestion.
The second half will comprise of preparing simple and yet highly nutritious dishes using easily available ingredients. Simply getting a few fundamentals right will make a big difference in ensuring a vibrant and energetic lifestyle.
Participants will be given receipes to make all the dishes at home.
