Open for all. Based on Sadhguru’s insights on gastronomics, the first part of the workshop will focus on classification of different foods, their nourishment value and their role in digestion. The second half will comprise of preparing simple and yet highly nutritious dishes using easily available ingredients. Yogasanas Intensive
Open to all. (minimum age 14 years). No previous experience in yoga is needed. 4 sessions of 2,5 hours (total 10hours) – Saturday 6 April: 9h-11h30 & 17h-19h30 – Sunday 7 April: 9h-11h30 & 17h-19h30 attendance on all sessions is compulsary.
