SUMMARY:Yogasanas Starters Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Open to all. (minimum age 14 years). No previous experience in yoga is needed. Intensity level: moderate. \n4 sessions of 2\,5 hours (total 10 hours) \n– Saturday 15 September 2018: 9h-11h30 & 17h-19h30h \n– Sunday 16 September 2018 : 8h30-11h & 17h30-20h00h \nAttendance on all sessions is compulsary. \nThe word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume\, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas\, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. Yogasanas are not exercises\, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction. \nIn an untrained state\, the human body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture\, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness. Here we’ll be teaching a sequence of Yogasanas taught in Isha Hatha Yoga to align the system in such a way that you are in sync with your surroundings and can naturally achieve a chemistry of healthfulness\, joyfulness\, blissfulness\, and above all\, balance.
