DESCRIPTION:We are very excited to announce that Belgium will be participating in the European Classical Hatha Yoga Fest on the 8th of September! \nFour Isha Hatha Yoga teachers came together to offer simple yet effective practises for fitness and inner balance in Aalst. \nCome join us and experience this profound science all while contributing to Isha Vidhya as part of the proceeds will be donated towards this nonprofit education initiative for economic and social empowerment of rural children in the villages across the southern state of Tamil Nadu\, India. \n\nLooking forward to share this moment with you! \n\n2:30 PM – 4:15 PM\nYoga for Fitness\nStrengthens the spine\, skeletal and muscular system.
